Responsible to handle resignation-separation process and timely submitting mandatory separation documents to payroll for final settlement.
Posting of all the Transactions/Changes entered in HRIS after thorough Verification in order to maintain quality data and timely payroll disbursement. Preparing monthly payroll folder and signoff the information which includes detail regarding new joiners, confirmations, probation/contract extension and termination, Resignations, Hold cases etc.
To Coordinate with all the stakeholders in consolidating and preparing monthly HR Dashboard in order to aid management in reviewing Performance, Taking corrective measure and making decisions.
To keep the Organizational Hierarchy updated in HRIS, as per the approved structures as and when communicated by OD function.
To maintain HRIS system including modifications/ alterations in the modules.
To extract, prepare and sharing HRIS reports/data as requested by stake holders.
Recruitment, Selection & Evaluation Activities.
Conduct HR Interviews for all outsourced positions.
Perform orientations, on-boarding and update records with all stake holders.
Post joining and leaving tickets through HR portals.
Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide timely assistance.
Employees’ Relations related to employees’ grievances.
Handle and execute all compliance matters and solve them as per compliance framework.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activities performed to Manager HR on monthly basis.
Perform HR Operations & activities including preparation of Payroll, Final Settlements, Benefits and Data management.
Review and provide approvals of all Invoices.
Pursue employees transfer cases from staffing team with consent of HR Regional Team.
Conduct exit interview and facilitate for the clearance process of leaving employee for his/her final settlement.
Keep the quality check and monitor performance of all HR coordinators.
Support and guide the coordinators where assistance is required.
Coordinate with client and Backend team for running operations smoothly.
Update and maintain all HR based compliance, settlement and database portals.
Ensure that coordinators are meeting the specified TAT’s in an effective manner.
Ensure all requirements of the client / employees are met through constant and positive communication and follow up.
Preparation of payrolls and reconciliations.
Making of Full & Final Settlements.
Preparation of Invoices.
Hiring and documentation of new joiners.
Preparing & sharing of monthly updated MIS & score card with the clients.
Attendance and Leave records.
Assists with preparation of warnings, show causes & termination letters.
Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and queries.
Assists or prepares correspondence with clients.
Maintain employee’s information in databases and ensure appropriate modifications.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
