AM Operations & Quality Control
ï‚·To make sure smooth and continuous production.
ï‚· To supervise all Quality related test and Safety Issues.
ï‚· Planning and Implementing Quality Management and TPM.
ï‚· To check and make sure the mixing of raw material up to quality standards.
ï‚· To make and keep a record of Quality and Production related documentation.
ï‚· To co-ordinate with higher management about Quality issues, and implementing countermeasures with production in charge.

Quality Control Engineer
ï‚· To supervise all Laboratory tests related to PVC & PPRC Pipes.
ï‚· To monitor & keep a record of all Quality Parameters.
ï‚· To perform all the Quality Check Tests according to British & Pakistan Standards.
ï‚· To check & approve the daily raw material quality for production.
ï‚· To keep in check with Production Staff for the Quality Issues.
ï‚· To ensure that the Counter-measures were taken and implemented as prescribed by customers.
ï‚· To plan Periodic Calibration of Lab Equipment & Recordkeeping.
ï‚· To consult with customers and make sure that their issues were solved accordingly.
