Over 4 years’ experience in data collection, report writing, community mobilization, training facilitation. I worked with different national and international organization like GiZ, British Council, Khwendo Kor, Blue Veins, URDO and PCWR as Project Assistant, socail mobilizer on different issues of minority and other marginalized groups of society. I also worked with different networks on Peace, Conflict resolution, Hate speeches, and Minority Rights Presently I am working as outreach worker with URDO (NGO).

Project Assistant
worked as project assistant under the project “Faith in Action for Equal Opportunities.
Under this capacity main responsibilities are;
Coordination with different stake- holders regarding interfaith harmony and issues of minorities.
Coordination with KK established Youth and Women Groups and Council for Communal Harmony.

Outreach Worker ( URDO Org – UNDP)
Worked as outreach worker with URDO org in a project under UNDP. The project is regarding prevention of HIV Aid in transgender community in Peshawar. The mains responsibity of ORW is to identity the trans in target area and aware them about the prevention and protection also convencing the target population for testing and treatment of HIV Aids.

Worked as social mobilizar and facilitator with afghans in afghan refugees camps (Peshawar) to mobilize the afghan men and women for establishing women vocational skill centers and awarening afghan refugees men about the importance of economic empowerment of afghan women.

As a researcher responsible for collecting data and information on the role of Afghan women in Afghan negotiation process between Taliban and Afghan Government.
To explore the extent of women participation in decision making process in relation peace and gender equality.
Develop linkages and coordination with different stakeholders like civil society organizations Women for Afghan Women, government officials, media, community etc.
