Deputy Manager Costing & Financial Reporting
Managing Payable, Fixed Assets, GL and Inventory modules in ERP - EBS R-12.1. Maintains Financial and Cost Accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Supervise and review routine Costing & Accounting transaction activities. Preparing and Finalizing Annual and Quarterly Financial Statements and close TB. Coordinates with Internal and external auditors. Manage company\'s Financial Investments. Maintain Fixed Assets register. Review and reconcile Inventory reports on a monthly basis. Reconcile Contra Accounts of Inventory, FA and AP modules. Prepare Stock report and submit Annex-H of Sales Tax Return. Prepare Master Budget and present to CFO and CEO. Ensure company\'s Assets Risk is adequately covered by insurance policies. Supervise and review Product wise, Job wise, and Process wise costing. Prepare segment and customer wise monthly Production, Costing, Revenue & Profitability reports.Review Garments Costing Reports and prepare quarterly and annual Final Accounts. Prepare various dashboards regarding Accounts, Costing, Inventory and Productions. MIS reports as and when required for Top Management.
