Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of field workers involved in the SMART Nutrient Survey. Set clear objectives, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members to achieve survey goals.

Training and Capacity Building: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for field workers on survey protocols, methodologies, and tools. Continuously monitor their performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skill enhancement.

Survey Implementation: Oversee and coordinate the entire survey process, including data collection, field logistics, and adherence to survey protocols. Ensure the accurate and timely completion of survey activities within the designated timeline.

Quality Control: Implement robust quality control measures to maintain data accuracy and integrity. Regularly review collected data, conduct spot-checks, and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the survey.

Data Management: Collaborate with the Data Management team to ensure proper storage, organization, and security of collected survey data. Assist in data entry and cleaning processes, and monitor data quality throughout the survey period.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, documenting key findings, challenges faced, and lessons learned during the survey. Ensure timely submission of reports to the project manager and other relevant stakeholders.

Coordination and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and coordination with project stakeholders, including community members, local authorities, and partner organizations. Collaborate with other supervisors and project staff to ensure smooth implementation of the survey.

Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive data. Uphold the organization\'s values and principles in all aspects of the survey implementation.

Responsibilities:
             Supervise and lead a team of Watsan technicians to ensure that all well cleaning and rehabilitation activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
             Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with MSF guidelines and standards for water supply, sanitation and hygiene.
             Conduct regular site visits to assess the progress of the project, identify any issues and take corrective action as required.
             Develop and maintain good working relationships with local communities and other stakeholders involved in the project.
             Monitor and maintain accurate records of the project activities, including well cleaning and rehabilitation work, water quality testing results and other relevant data.
             Chlorination and dewatering of the well.
             Check water quality before   after cleaning  e.g. PH, turbidity, color, smell
             Awareness sessions about health & hygiene
             Installment and functioning the Aqua force filtration plant
             Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available for the project team and that they are used and maintained properly.
             Prepare regular reports on the project progress, including technical reports on the condition of the wells and water quality testing results.
             Assist in the preparation of project budgets, procurement plans and other administrative tasks as required.
             Participate in coordination meetings with other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
             Ensure that all project activities are carried out with the highest standards of safety and security for both the project team and the local communities.

Responsibilities
* Guide Community Mobilizers in identifying target communities and mobilize community groups.
* Liaise and coordinate with program staff for project implementation and make strategy and coordinate with Community Mobilization team.
* Devise Community Mobilization strategy and guide team accordingly.
* Monitor CMs in carrying out awareness raising sessions and outreach activities to inform the community members about services and guide them accordingly.
* Provide technical assistance to CMs and advise them on project implementation strategies.
* You will not face these challenges alone; other MSF team members (both international and locally hired staff) will provide technical support, including comprehensive guidelines and protocols.
* Coordinate activities on different topics in support of the medical activities; this might include promoting medical services, hygiene promotion, information on subjects linked to maternal health, malnutrition, malaria, HIV/AIDS, Ebola, and so on
* Define and update the HP strategy and related activities through an annual project and budget plan (objectives, target population, campaigns, messages, activities, etc.)
* Analyze and understand local behavior and/or practices to adapt health activities to the target group (support social mapping, use of specific tools to measure and follow up activities)
* Promote MSF services according to MSF principles, protocols and standards with the aim of increasing the knowledge of the target population in relation to their health
* Assess and adapt materials according to the needs of the project
Liaise with other relevant actors to enhance campaigns
* Manage, train and supervise the HP team through activities such as recruitment, defining job descriptions, capacity-building, briefing/debriefing and evaluation of staff
Be familiar with protocols for sexual and gender-based violence and ensure their application (e.g. referring victims to the medical team for treatment)
* Contribute to monthly reports according to guidelines (statistical reports, etc.

Responsible for detailed social mapping of the catchment area in the catchment areas of the target health facilities
Find out exact population of the catchment area, calculate targets and share them with team leaders
Develop a detailed and realistic work plan for field interventions
Facilitate movement of female social mobilizer in target area and provide them all possible support
Support the female health/Nutrition/Hygiene promoter by door chalking in target area during HH Registration
