I. Responsibilities as part of monitoring team for ward clerks:

II. Responsibilities as ward clerk:
Keep the Hospital Software updated (Admission, Shifting and Discharge of Patients from software)
Admission of new patients to hospital ward.

Preparation of patient files and keeps them updated for physicians.
Timely updating of online software.
Lab result printing for all patients.
Maintenance of ward.
Supervision of cleaner and ward boy.
Keep close liaison with bed manager.

· Collection, entry and analysis of data sets from the various components of the project.
· Needs based visits to the project sites to assist / observe the data collection process and site monitoring.
· Facilitate in the development and practical use of data collection tools, both paper based and electronic App based.
· Maintain a wide variety of electronic documents, files and records for the purpose of providing up-to-date information.
