Director & Head of Risk Analytics
1. Leading the team of 5 analysts that takes care of entire technological, analytical and reporting side of Risk Management function
2. Driving retail portfolio management and control to ensure compliance of regulatory and internal policies & procedures framework
3. Established the Analytics function from the scratch that provides analysis and insights pertaining to credit, market and liquidity risk to the Leadership team and the Board
4. Introduced different matrices to observe customer level trend and early warning indicators regarding unwanted behaviours in credit life cycle and portfolio performance and suggest policy/guideline measures for a satisfactory response to the situation
5. Supervision of all Credit Bureaus related matters including regulatory and the private ones and constantly looking for opportunities to maximize utility of this enriched data
6. Supervising development of Machine Learning models to predict and detect patterns using specialized statistical software and Python
7. Working closely with the management and consultants for development, monitoring and calibration of scorecard for different lending products and collection strategies
8. Aligning governance of Risk function, facilitating complete lifecycle of internal and external audit inspections
