 Conducting psychosocial assessment and screening of widowed families through individual assessment. Along with initial psychosocial assessment s/he will conduct emotional health assessment as per need.
Group and individual level psychosocial counselling will be conducted for widowed families.
 Counselling services will be provided through static clinic and with mobile teams
 Data base of beneficiaries and individual records will be maintained.
Developing resource material like counselling session manuals for psychosocial sessions with widowed families.
 Developing and designing IEC material in the line of project document for community based counselling with the help of WSHG.
 To enhance and develop the capacity of the WSHG, motivational sessions will be conducted.
Contribute towards establishing appropriate methodologies and approaches for post-traumatic stress disorder counselling and emotional support for affected families.
Establish and maintain accurate and confidential records and train department staff to continue this process beyond the time frame of this intervention.
Collection of impact oriented case studies and other documents for project visibility.
Area mapping will be carried out for the identification of psychosocial service providers.
To ensure the sustainability, effective linkages will be built with free psychosocial services providers.
Referral mechanisms will be developed with institutions/organization working on mental & emotional health.

FDI Pakistan is a nonprofit, nonpolitical, nonpartisan, nongovernmental, nonreligious civil society organization promoting the rights of identified marginalized groups.

Our mission is to improve the human rights situation of invisible and marginalized sexual and gender minority groups, specifically transgender people, sex workers, and girls and young women. We serve as a facilitator to integrate these identified marginalized groups into the mainstream society with economic empowerment and ensure their socio-cultural inclusion at all levels with equality, equity and dignity.

 Respond to calls coming through the helpline, including crisis, service and
administrative calls
 Providing an adequate infrastructure to ensure the patient’s privacy, safety and confidentiality
Provide direct support and care for adult and child survivors of gender-based violence, including counseling and basic case management
Support in the development of helpline trainings for staff, volunteers, and interns including helpline protocols and procedures and the basics of domestic violence work
Provide assessments, empowerment counseling services, and crisis intervention to all callers
Providing patients with information materials,
Provide continuous support during helpline advocate\'s response to a call
Document monthly call reports, data base management
Perform administrative responsibilities to support quality assurance within the helpline program including but not limited to call reports
Coordinate with staff and volunteers to support callers calling the helpline
Networking and building coalitions with other organizations working on the same issue, with a view to ensuring a multi-sectoral, coordinated response.

-Provide psychological counseling and psychological therapies to vulnerable children so that they can have better personality development
2-Conduct meetings to understand and verify the family dynamics
3-Sessions with parents to empower them in parental skills and to resolve their psychological issues
4-Identification and training of Peer support groups thus to work with the outreach team
5-Implement life skills training to the children at risk
6-Execution of artistic sessions(craft sessions) as well as artistic activities to address the traumas of the children at risk
7-Identify realistic recreational stuff for the vulnerable children which is healthy for them physically and mentally
8-Identify the reinforcement with respect to its impact on the vulnerable children for their behavior modification
9-Guarantee the Non formal education to children at risk
10-Evaluation and assessment of children at risk on educational, psychological and health basis
11-Report case histories of children at risk to identify the predisposing, precipitating and maintaining factor of the psychological problems
12-Providing psychological direction to teachers of NFBE project and Govt schools as and when requested by them
13-Coordinating with field team to gain required information about the working children.
14-Assistance to Community mobilization unit in the verification of the working children
15-Reunification and reintegration of children with their families or in alternative care
16-Providing psychological support in field activities or interventions related to health, education or mobilization

1. Monitor and supervise the activities of the Clinic.
2. Prepare the monthly counseling & clinic report and progress reports related with counseling & clinic.
3. Provide general counseling (individual or group counseling), advice and support to MSM attending the drop-in and support groups on a range of personal issues of concern, including sexualities, sexual health orientation, gender identification, psycho-sexual issues, marriage and children.
4. Provide counseling assistance in regard to personal risk assessments, safer sex behaviors, partner notification and any related issues for those attending the STI clinic.
5. Provide pre and post test counseling to all MSM clients seeking HIV antibody tests referred through programe.
6. Provide counseling to MSM, their partners and family who are living with HIV.
7. Provide an opportunity and environment for clients to ask their own questions and voice anxieties in a relaxed, informal and non-judgmental atmosphere.
8. Encourage the client to identity and persuade his sexual contacts (including his wife if there is one) to attend the clinic.
9. Assess whether clients may have other problems, which need specialist attention and refer as required.
10. Maintain all necessary documents and recall system for those clients who may need follow-up treatment.
11. Respond to help line phone calls and keep proper records of that.
12. Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times.
13. Be aware of the public and media attention on STI/HIV/AIDS issues, including sexual health prevention, treatment, care and support and maintain a positive and highly professional approach in any contact with the general public.
14. Provide support to Project Officer to prepare the Quarterly Revised Work plan for unachieved activity as well as any revision as may be required.
15. Assist project assistants in compiling the field’s monthly report and progress reports.
16. Assess the overall quarterly clinic performance, guide the field staff and provide report to Project Officer.
17. Analyze the reasons for increase or decrease in the client flow in clinic levels and suggest to Project Officer of related field and help implement steps for improving client flow in clinic when there is a low performance.
18. Maintain proper record of drop-in visit, maintain visitors log and ensure all visitor have his refreshment as well monthly report back to respective officer
19. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.

1. Provide drug and alcohol counseling and support to individuals, families and groups in the community
Main Activities
o Provide counseling to individuals regarding the use and effects of alcohol and drugs
o Provide counseling to pregnant women about the effects of drugs and alcohol on the fetus, as requested
o accept referrals from individuals, families and agencies in the community
