I am a business graduate BBA from Karachi University Business School and currently I am working as an HR Intern at RIKSOF Software House located at Clifton.
Currently I am managing employee benefits, employee hiring(outsourcing, shortlisting, conducting tests, scheduling Interviews) and on-boarding, performance management (Performance evaluation and performance rating )and HR records.
