Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process for in-house jobs and clients as well.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan, leaves and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Manage All administrative Issue of office
Develop effective communication platforms for vendor & clients
My Responsibilities as a Technical Support Representative:
To troubleshoot customer’s system in their problems
To deal with in-house customers if they have technical problem with EVDO service
Providing Product Information to customers
Providing Solution in their customer’s problems
To make visits at customer’s premises if they require
My Responsibilities as a Call Center Trainer:
To train new staff for call center and customer services
To evaluate all call center agent’s calls and give them marks according to SOPs
To update all call center agents regarding new promotions and packages
To deal with HR and Admin regarding new hiring or replacement of call center staff
To manage and conduct interview with manager for new hiring
