<div><p>Rice is one of the most important crops throughout the world, as it contributes toward satisfying the food demand of much of the global population. It is well known that rice production generates a considerable number of by-products, among which rice bran deserves particular attention. This by-product is exceptionally rich in nutrients, since it contains a wide spectrum of macronutrients (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates) as well as dietary fibers and bioactive compound. So we have to produce rice bran oil from it. It has become a great choice of cooking oil because of its very high burning point, neutral taste and delicate flavor. Rice bran oil RBO is widely used in countries as edible oil.</p> <p>     According to the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) estimates, the per capita consumption of cooking oil in Pakistan is 24 kg. Edible oil imports during 2020/21 are anticipated at a record 3.55 million metric tons (MMT), up five percent over the previous year. Oilseed imports during 2020/21 are projected at 3.3 MMT, up six percent from the preceding year. WHO recommends it world’s best oil for hearth patients. The global market of rice bran oil is 6.67 billion USD in 2021.The participant countries included India- the largest rice bran oil producer in the world and China- the second largest RBO producer.</p></div>
