With over 14 years of dedicated professional experience, I have had the privilege of contributing to various organizations and projects, showcasing versatility and commitment.
I spent 12 years at Marie Stopes Society (MSS) Pakistan, where I played a pivotal role in projects focused on family planning, reproductive health (FP/RH), and general health. Following the successful completion of this tenure, I transitioned to the Center of Excellence for Rural Development (CERD) Pakistan. During my six-month engagement, I worked on a project centered around Health, Nutrition, and (MNCH),funded by UNICEF Pakistan.
My current role with ACTED Pakistan involves contributing to the 'WASH Project' aimed at addressing the urgent needs arising from a flood emergency in Nowshera district. In each of these diverse organizations, I have garnered extensive experience and consistently delivered excellent service, showcasing adaptability, expertise, and a passion for contributing to impactful projects.

Job Description:
Program Assessment and Design:

Plan and set up health/nutrition programs (e.g. MNCH), Health and nutrition promotion program) in coordination with Project Coordinator.
Preparing Microplan.
To Ensure Weekly reports.
Build links between the health/nutrition program and other programs to maximize integration (e.g., Health education in the area).
Plan and coordinate health/nutrition assessments of the project as needed in coordination with the project team.
Any other duty assigned by the project management

Management and Monitoring:

Design materials to monitor and supervise health/nutrition staff.
Supervise the health and nutrition assistants, COWs and community mobilizers including regular appraisals in coordination with PC.
Ensure that MNCH project is implemented in accordance with the agreed upon project timeline.
Compile monthly progress and technical reports for donors and CERD management.
Establish and maintain CERD on and other best practice standards for health/nutrition program.
Ensure that project monitoring occurs and potential health/nutrition project is identified.
Ensure standardization in all project components.

Coordination & Documentation:

Liaison and coordination with other NGOs working in similar operational areas.
The same locations to ensure programme coherence and avoidance of service gaps and overlap.
Maintain relationships with government, and other agencies.
Engage in health and nutrition cluster activities.
Ensure weekly statistical reports on nutrition/health program operations are compiled and written reports on each site\'s requirements are done.

General Operations:

Project Management:

Developing marketing and monthly work plan with consultation of Zonal Head.
Responsible to submit reports (Project Related, Financial) on time to the Zonal Head as per below schedule.
Income deposit on daily basis.
Share scan copies of deposit slips on daily basis.
Send all original deposit slips with summary sheet signed and stamped by 30th of every month.

Petty Cash:

Maintain Petty Cash and send copy of petty cash to Zonal Head every monday and by 30th of every month

CBM/PPP Reimbursements:

Monthly CBMs report in soft copy to RE by 30th of every month.

Stock Movment Report / Physical Sotock Taking:

Stock Report to Regional Office (RO) to Support Office (SO) by 30th of every month, DPO will sign, stamp and send to SO same day.

CIS / MIS Backups and Reporting:

DPO will share final Client Information System (CIS) and all monthly report with RO by 30th of every month.

Monitoring:

Planning and reviewing monthly and quarterly projections as per annual projections with team.
Reviewing districts performance on daily basis and preparing strategies to achieve projection.
