Being head of tax & audit, my roles at SFPL primarily include:
• Intelligent handling of tax and legal matters
• Evaluation and implementation of sound internal controls
• Ensure compliance of all applicable laws and company policies
• Co-ordination of internal & external audits, and
• Supervision of monthly management accounts
