Build and Lead a Sales Team
I recruited, train and lead a team of 5 people for Lahore, Karachi, Faislabad and Gujranwala regions.
Leads Generation and Cold Calling
I generated B2B leads from all major sectors of Pakistan. I.e. Steel, Sugar, Cement, Automobile, Construction and Engineering sectors. Then I make phone calls to procurement managers and depute my sales team for Meetings.
Once my team meets with decision makers then we develop samples for customers, this process leads us to develop business relations with a company.
I also visit my clients to improve our services and to build healthy relations with them. Customer relationship management is the backbone for long term business with a company.
I lead solely to develop our business in UAE markets by generating leads and making phone calls to nourish business relations. International campaign was a success and I was all set to fly for UAE in December 2020, but due to covid my company cancelled the trip.

I worked with only one key account Levi Strauss Pakistan. It was a lifetime opportunity to start my career with such a big customer.
I worked in merchandising department where we plan spring-summer and fawl-winter seasons with Levis product development team. As a merchant I learn garment engineering and production process of a textile unit.
I also worked closely with Levis supplier management team for on time deliveries. In my tenure we deliver 100 percent shipments from March to September and we stood side by side to US Apparel, Nishat and CBL.
We also manage multiple suppliers for local and international buying. I worked as a team with my suppliers and develop healthy working relations with them.

I worked closely with my company production planning team from yarn buying, knitting and dyeing, printing and embroidery, cutting and stitching, finishing and packing.

Design Training Calendar
We design our training Calendar for the corporate sector. We conduct market research before designing our training calendar.
Lead generation and Cold Calling
I develop leads from corporate sector and then I make phone calls to human resource managers to pitch our trainings and ask for enrollments.
Meetings and TNA
We also offer in house trainings and workshops. We meet with HR managers and conduct training needs assessment for their organisation then we offer our services to them.
I also worked with first woman bank and aurat foundation to design and host paid workshops for skill development among needy women. This was funded by usaid.
I also develop my Activity report on weekly basis and send email to CEO, HR and my immediate supervisor.
