Handling of employee’s problems regarding Hubstaff and MS Teams.
Sorting and arranging of folders on One Drive,
On boarding off boarding of employees, managing and arranging of data.
Making of invoicing monthly salaries update employees personnel records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
Maintain record of all procurement process, POs, Contracts making and renewals regarding project management.
Calculation of project time hours and distribution table regarding project management
Composing and responding to emails ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and timely responses.
Managing employee calendar updating time schedule, group meetings and handling different tasks.
Drafting editing and proofreading of emails, memos, reports, and other documents. Maintain records, both electronic and physical, ensuring proper documentation and filing systems.
Responsible for handling queries, incoming and outgoing calls, faxes and mails and
prioritizing information.
Update employee’s information, maintaining the administration department’s filling system and
incoming / outgoing correspondence record keeping in an excel sheet.
Coordinate and follow up for timely adjustment of advances and payments to vendors related to admin
related activities.
Maintain database of employees and relevant documentation and compile information.
Maintain, and update files, databases, records, and other documents; develop and maintain
data, and perform routine analyzes and calculations in the processing of data for internal
reports
Making of office work orders, billing, G.S.T invoices.
Managing cheque collections and bank deposits.
