My experience in Recruitment Cyle, Employee benefits & Compensation, Payroll management, and Administrative has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. At Marubeni Itochu Dawood Pakistan (MID Pakistan Coil Center) Pvt Ltd, I increased the efficiency of recruitment processes by creating and implementing effective onboarding plans. Timely execution of payroll manually according to standard protocols, introduce new benefits to employees and increase in employee compensation to make employees motivated and have successfully increased efficiency in HR Service Delivery.
1. Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process and Create and Implement effective Onboarding Plans.
2. Providing counselling on policies and procedures. Drafting and issuing all HR related letters / announcements in coordination with Manager HR/Admin.
3. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives including employee benefits allocation and introducing a new system.
4. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
5. Timely execution of payroll following the standard protocols of the payroll management.
6. Maintain employee records (attendance, Leaves, Salary, Bio data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
7. Ensure the provision of resources (human, material, and services) necessary to support the day-to-day activities of the staff in the office.
8. Dealing with vendors/professionals related to employee benefits/administration i.e. Transportation, kitchen, Government professionals, Medical/life Insurance Professionals.
9. Processing of VISA applications, reservation of hotels and flights for Management and Foreigners to support their travelling smooth and easier.
Employee Benefits
Assist in Recruitment Support & Facilitate employee on-boarding and orientation cases.
Coordinate with relevant departments for allocation of benefits.
Facilitate and guide employees on the status of their benefits related applications.
Ensure salary, allowances, transfer, separations, and all other system related changes / updates in a timely manner.
Issue all HR related letters / announcements in coordination with Manager HR.
Issue warnings and show cause notices to employees in consultation with
the department managers.
Assisting in Drafting and documentation of policies.
Conduct exit interviews of all worker category employees.
Attendance & Payroll Management
Assist in timely execution of payroll following the standard protocols of the payroll management.
Ensure timely entrance / deletion of employees from the attendance software or machine.
Prepare reports on attendance and discipline including absenteeism, leaves, and department wise analysis etc. on weekly / monthly basis.
