Re-refining Of Waste Engine Oil

<div><p>The (KTI) Kinetics Technology International is a process of combination of vacuum distillation process and hydro-finishing process. This process removed maximum number of contaminants that are processd in the form of impurities in waste lube oil. In this process the first step is the vapor liquid separation which removes most of the light hydrocarbon and water from the oil. Then the vacuum distillation process takes place at temperature about 250C. The last step in refining is hydrogenation of the products from vacuum distillation to remove any of the nitrogen, sulphur and oxygenated contents. This step also enhances the odor and the color of the lube oil. The final product that is obtained from KTI process is of quality standard (Gp.I). this process has a yield of about 82 percent and it formed minimum amount of by products that cause pollution.</p></div>
