Lahore Division Cattle Market Management Company Working as Assistant Manager HR& Admin & Additional Manager HR for 1 Years in LDCMMC Provide support to Manager (HR&A) in the recruitment process of the new employees, to maintain and develop HR systems & successfully implementation of HR Software. Employees Offer Letters and joining Reports, Performance Management, and Staff Retention. Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested, prepare the necessary documentation which is necessary for the operation of HR Department. Provide advice, assistance and follow up on LDCMMC Policies, procedures and documentation. To provide support to Manager (HR& A) in case of disciplinary issues. Short listing the resumes, arrangement of interviews and provide support to Manager HR&A in all process of selection of candidates. Prepare the employment contracts. Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment compensation, labor relations, benefits and training and development. To help with documentation concerning grievances, terminations, absences and performance reports. Prepare and maintain LDCMMC salary structure, job documentation, Job evaluation systems and complete salary processing of LDCMMC Employees .Coordinate with internal departments regarding their salary and another query. Support to CFO in Evaluation of Tender Documents. Set the resource requisition form for vacant positions with approval thereon from concerned HOD and Head of HR.
