Role and Responsibilities:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Project Coordinator, the Social Organizer will be responsible for the following deliverables;
• Responsible to ensure the effective implementation of food distribution projects and community outreach activities in the field.
•Implement a micro plan of community outreach activities in consultation with the team leader. •Identification and selection of beneficiary communities, households, and individuals as per set criteria.
• Based on her/his knowledge of the area, collect information through questionnaires, transect walks, physical observation, and any other information collection techniques.
•Organize and implement beneficiary selection campaigns following the agreed guidelines, selection criteria, and templates designed for the purpose.
•Maintain contact with the beneficiaries and communities during all the stages of the project
implementation, convey their instructions, suggestions, and other messages from the project
management, collect comments, ideas, complaints, and other messages and report them to the
project Coordinator/Supervisor.
• Establishment of community committees.
• Support to implementation of the complaint response mechanism in the field.
•Area mapping to identify the distribution sites in consultation with the community members and
team leaders.
• Support in organizing smooth distribution.  
•Sharing information with the community promptly.
• Read and ensure a full understanding of Cesvi Gender, Child Protection, and other safeguarding
policies.
• Address and solve problems that might arise between the community and CESVI, or among community members, during and because of the implementation of the project activities, reporting or handing over, if the case to the project management the most sensitive and serious ones.
• Incorporate participatory principles into the community level to ensure emergency response activities.
•Mobilize and motivate inclusive participation by villagers/ elders and community representatives, in all project activities.
• Any other job-related added task assigned by the supervisor.
• Keep up a good knowledge of the Cesvi program, code of conduct, and Cesvi Pakistan internal
guidelines.
• Timely inform the (HoM) and other colleagues of any issues that might endanger the security of
people and goods related to the project.
• In general, guarantee availability and co-operation to any other Cesvi staff, at any level.
• Be available for any other tasks directly related to the activities of Cesvi in different geographical
locations in Pakistan in case of emergency provinces.

Compile, organize and maintain accurate records of beneficiaries referred to the Nutrition sites by documenting all the essential information in a hard-copy according to the standard Nutrition recording formats. To counsel all the discharged patients for further follow ups through Community Outreach Workers.

Team management, training of Community Mobilized, regarding assessment, distribution for the Project components, it includes communal  constriction among the most deserving people of Umerkot, report writing and documentation of overall project.

To mobilize the WASH committee for the effective use of the community resources and process of beneficiaries identification and final selection as per agreed in the approved proposal.
Responsible for the identification of sites for construction of latrine.
To conduct WASH assessment in targeted areas
To conduct participatory approach in promoting good water, sanitation and hygiene practices in targeted area

Communicating with staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face, over the telephone or remotely to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults• Replacing parts as required• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports• Supporting the roll-out of new applications• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with client• IT technical support background/experience.

Elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the programme and the beneficiary involvement strategy of NDS.
Mobilizes the community in the effective use of the community resources for hygiene promotion.
Mobilize communities for the prioritizing of recovery activities and strategies.
Facilitates the capacity building and setup of representative community committees (steering committees).
Ensure, through daily dialogues and consultations that the strategy of the projects and the commitments of the various stakeholders are adhered to.
Responsible for mainstreaming gender
Maximize beneficiary contribution.
Participate in NFI distributions whenever required.
Supports in the development of IEC materials for all activities implemented.
