Job Responsibilities:
Ensure food/ non-food receiving as per standard operating procedures. While ensuring safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of food.
Maintain accurate records and report figures timely upon request.
Check and receive food quantity forwarded by the procuring acquisitioning team and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
Specific follow up of items assets movement of the stock and stores.
Receive store and issue of items upon proper procuring or acquisition documents as signed and approved by relevant authority.
Assist with off-loading and uploading of items.
Update of documents (bin cards/stock cards and store register book) in accord to the item’s movement.
Monitors safety security and stock arrangement of all Store & Stock points.
Provide timely service to the other staff and teams when it comes to sign out equipment and expendables. Including issuance of stationary as required to the requiring staff of BISP Nashonuma Program.
Ensure a proper filing system of relevant store & stock records.
Support with logistics documentation in case of audit.
Suggesting & recommending ideas for improvement of stock & store policies & procedure.
Make sure all the assets are properly labelled recorded and computerized in close coordination with donor requirements.
Ensure that assets are used in accordance with donor and guidelines and are secured maintained appropriately.
Perform the field duties with the team of social organizers whenever required.
Any other task assigned/required by the Facilitation Centre Coordinator or the District Programme Coordinator.
Monitor crowd behaviour constantly and comply with any instructions/guidance given by Facilitation Centre Coordinator.

Provide information/instructions to beneficiaries about water points and latrines as and when required.
Complete the initial filtration of eligible beneficiaries and send them to the FC room as per their turn.
