Field Facilitator
I am working as Field Facilitator in BCI(Better Cotton Initiative) Project run by CCRI(Central Cotton Research Institute) Multan. My duty as field facilitator is to keep a record of all cotton growers of my area and provide technical assistance to each cotton grower about cotton crop to increase their production. Most important I educate farmers about better cotton and its principles like less use of pesticides, intergrated crop management, improve fiber quality and decent work
