Inventory & Warehouse Management • Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products. • Managing exposure to obsolete and excess stock. • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to report and analyze data. • Coordinating the shipment of goods from the warehouse. • Preparing damage stock list & slow moving item list on monthly basis to minimize the financial losses. • Checking manual Bin Card on monthly bases. • Verifying physical stocks with the manual Bin Card & ERP stock report as well for preparing Internal & External Audits. • Monitoring and setting aside storage space. • Worked on ERP software Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 to update daily transactions of Inventory • Directly reported to HOD-SCM & GM-Operation & CFC.
