Manage all M&E initiatives in Service delivery points (SDPs) for an assigned grant(s)/project(s) including monitoring data quality and tracking the progress of activities.

The Development Program division closely works with regional program team in identifying, planning, implementing, Monitoring and evaluating development projects and program in collaboration with local Partners. It focuses on development of strategic area and support communities to develop a sustainable livelihood, food security, and water sanitation, Hygiene promotion and community base programs of health awareness like Corona pandemic.

• Led assessment of the effected population and conveyed ICRC relief trucks while working as Convey Leader.
• Pre-arranged rehabilitation face activities for the effected population as well as circulated food and non-items to 15000 HHs in the area of upper DIR region of KPK.
Key Project: Microeconomic Initiatives (MEI) Project in AJK, Muzaffarabad, Neelum, Bagh & Rawalakot
• Examined selection process of beneficiaries and midterm evaluation of the project while overseeing caseload of 198 beneficiaries and distributing stipend grants to 225 beneficiaries.
• Strategically positioned as a Trainer and led eight business management skills trainings of three days while educating 105 beneficiaries.
• Piloted post distribution monitoring, livelihood assessment, and feasibility of the income generation proposal of 198 disabled beneficiaries of three districts.
Assignment: Sindh Flood Relief Operation, Larkana, Sakhar & Jacubabad
• Represented ICRC in provincial and coordination meetings and scheduled distribution of food and nonfood items while facilitating 8000 HHS in two rounds and conducting assessment of the affected areas.
• Played an integral role in leading team of 04 field officers and 15 PRCS volunteers and completing assessment of 03 effected districts of Sindh.

Key Project: Livestock Project
• Actively contributed in feasibility study of the project conducted by the head quarter expert team of Geneva and selected 550 beneficiaries out of 40 assigned villages of four UCs.
• Directed a team of two filed officer, conducted post distribution monitoring of the project, created narrative reports, and provided reviews on outcomes.
• Led household economy assessments of various EQ hit areas, collected beneficiary lists of affected households, as well as organized distributions of food and nonfood items to help over 50000 households.
• Designed an integrated approach among various operational departments by organizing information for the interest of protection from the field.
• Led a PRCS team of 05 volunteers, conducted assessment and planning for the recovery face, and delivered filed narratives report of field visits and distribution to the management in a timely manner.
