„  Manage all M&E initiatives in Service delivery points (SDPs) for an assigned grant(s)/project(s) including monitoring data quality and tracking the progress of activities.
„  Define and implement the key project performance indicators (KPI) as well as monitor them throughout the duration of the projects.

Key Project:
The Development Program division closely works with regional program team in identifying, planning, implementing, Monitoring and evaluating development projects and program in collaboration with local Partners. It focuses on development of strategic area and support communities to develop a sustainable livelihood, food security, and water sanitation, Hygiene promotion and community base programs of health awareness like Corona pandemic.
„  Responsible to supervise the data collection, data cleaning, maintaining data base of all the activities.
„  Supervised district teams to ensure that accurate and timely data on the program is fed into MIS.
„  Trained staff on data collection, analysis and report writing.
„  Provided monthly and quarterly data analysis reports to program management.

Supervised School Support Associates (SSAs) team and presented Teacher Learning Material (TLM) report to regional office and department of education at 3 different district levels (Muzaffarabad, Neelum & Hattian). Led TLMs effectiveness and enrollment survey in 3 districts of AJK, gathered success stories from the field, and undertook case studies to highlight impact of the project. Spearheaded monitoring and follow up visit of schools to ensure implementation of the reading approaches. Applied Reading Learning Material (RLM) at schools level and delivered feedback to the SSAs for course corrections.
• Enhanced reading skills by steering meetings in the selected schools through liaison with school management.
• Improved quality of data by examining and gathering work plan and field activities at district level through liaison with the district, provincial and national offices and regional team.
• Created, retained, and delivered district level M&E learning, filed monitoring, analytical, and narrative reports of regional M&E team and 24 school support associates in a timely manner by using an online database of three districts M&EIS (Monitoring and Evaluation and Information System).

Produced and delivered narratives and data analysts’ reports for Children First Italy and Ghulam Muhammad Memorial Welfare Trust on a monthly basis. Formulated brushers and leaflets and updated financial and compliance records while securing all important project information. Actively contributed in various capacity building activities and analyzed quality of the work completed by the team members while meeting project standards. Established a communication calendar to update stakeholders on the progress of the project. Delivered logistics, HR/admin, IT, and security services at the district level as per operational policies.
• Guaranteed well-timed completion of project by creating a comprehensive work plans and records for documentation, evaluating progress of project, and executing policies.
• Actively liaised with the Provincial Coordinator and Operations Officers in determining district level operational matters while ensuring compliance of operational activities at the district level.
• Produced and provided cash projection against operational and program activities to facilitate district based event management & operations in resolving all press and media related issues regarding the project.

Visited all district health offices and AJK health facilities field staff to discuss all issues in a timely manner. Led FGDs and surveys to recognize gaps and resolve all issues in the health system while delivering trainings to health staff on conducting field surveys. Led training on usage of maternal information System software and supervised all maternal data while ensuring timely reporting from all 17 district health offices for monitoring visits.
• Built synergies with Community Midwives to strengthen CMW-MIS and deliver feedback and PowerPoint presentation and data analysis reports for provincial and federal offices.
• Represented MNCH Program in various forums and meetings and conducted Health facilities visit to compare MCH data with registers and submit periodical reports

• Designed detail work plan and policies of the project as well as examined progress of the project by taking necessary steps to ensure timely completion and success of the project
• Directed project staff of 02 field officer and 05 volunteers to examine disbursement of monthly stipend grants for 120 orphan families.
• Led case studies of 200 orphan families and conducted field assessments and monitoring visits to measure the success level of the project.

Key Project: Internal Conflict in KPK
• Led assessment of the effected population and conveyed ICRC relief trucks while working as Convey Leader.
• Pre-arranged rehabilitation face activities for the effected population as well as circulated food and non-items to 15000 HHs in the area of upper DIR region of KPK.

Key Project: Microeconomic Initiatives (MEI) Project in AJK, Muzaffarabad, Neelum, Bagh & Rawalakot
• Examined selection process of beneficiaries and midterm evaluation of the project while overseeing caseload of 198 beneficiaries and distributing stipend grants to 225 beneficiaries.
• Strategically positioned as a Trainer and led eight business management skills trainings of three days while educating 105 beneficiaries.
• Piloted post distribution monitoring, livelihood assessment, and feasibility of the income generation proposal of 198 disabled beneficiaries of three districts.

Assignment: Sindh Flood Relief Operation, Larkana, Sakhar & Jacubabad
• Represented ICRC in provincial and coordination meetings and scheduled distribution of food and nonfood items while facilitating 8000 HHS in two rounds and conducting assessment of the affected areas.
• Played an integral role in leading team of 04 field officers and 15 PRCS volunteers and completing assessment of 03 effected districts of Sindh.
• Contributed to overall strategy of response following assessment for other ICRC operational units WatHab, health, and protection.

Key Project: Livestock Project
• Actively contributed in feasibility study of the project conducted by the head quarter expert team of Geneva and selected 550 beneficiaries out of 40 assigned villages of four UCs.
• Directed a team of two filed officer, conducted post distribution monitoring of the project, created narrative reports, and provided reviews on outcomes.

• Led household economy assessments of various EQ hit areas, collected beneficiary lists of affected households, as well as organized distributions of food and nonfood items to help over 50000 households.
• Designed an integrated approach among various operational departments by organizing information for the interest of protection from the field.
• Led a PRCS team of 05 volunteers, conducted assessment and planning for the recovery face, and delivered filed narratives report of field visits and distribution to the management in a timely manner.
