In my most recent role as Area Operation Head, I was responsible for developing cost-effective and customer-centric operations plans, managing and developing staff, and conducting periodical audits of functions and activities.

I have a proven track record of success in managing operations, improving delivery quality, achieving KPIs, and reducing delivery KPI of PTCL bill delivery from ten days to six days. I am adept at planning and executing bulk delivery shipment operations, route mapping and profiling, and streamlining operational activities. Additionally, I have experience in managing transit hubs, and have very vast experience to manage e-commerce operations.
