v  Preparation of Vouchers for Services Charges received; Record Keeping;
v  Preparing profit and loss accounts sheets
v  Managing Pay Roll System;
v  Monthly expenses Report

 Any other task assigned by the seniors.

 Prepare / handling petty cash expenses;
 Daily sales & cash report;
 Responsible for keeping all the data computerized;
 Timely dispatch the staff attendance & salary;
