ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENTATIONS
Planning, developing and implementing of Predictive, Corrective Preventive Maintenance for Induction motors up
to 1.4MW, VFD inverters, and MV soft-starter, Moisture meters, Thickness system and ABB, Siemens PLC SCADA System.
Responsible of HT LT uninterrupted Power Distribution to the plant 11kV to 3.3kV 3.3kV to 0.4kV.
Responsible of HT LT Transformers Maintenance up to 4000kVA, VCBs ACBs Repairing Maintenance.
Focus on Main Circuit Rooms, Control Rooms, HT Rooms, LT Rooms and main 5MW Grid Station.
Focus on calibration of process and Lab instrumentations.
Review reports to ensure smooth and effective functioning of the plant and machinery including monthly power
Consumption report, breakdown analysis report, and monthly maintenance RCA YY analysis.
Responsible of implementation and execution of all New Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation Projects.
ENERGY PLANT UTILITIES
Responsible of smooth operation of 23.0 Gcal/h Energy Plant (Flue Gas).
Responsible for providing 9.0 Gcal/h 350C with 350 Pa flue gasses to the production plant.
Responsible for providing 14.0 Gcal/h Thermal oil to the production plant and 15 ton/h steam generated.
Daily monitoring of plant parameters and condition monitoring of all fans, pumps, motors, gears and equipment.
Responsible of quarterly preventive maintenance of Energy Plant, Cooling Towers, Compressors.
Maintain the all Local import spares.
Maintain responsible for smooth operation of Boge compressors with total capacity 1800 m3/h.
Maintain responsible for smooth operation of 200 m3/h flow Cooling towers.
Develop, execute and monitor the strategy to improve Air Conditioners Equipment up to 8 ton.
MECHANICAL FABRICATION
Supervision leading team of engineers, supervisors for consistently maintain optimum plant availability.
Implementation of reliability maintenance at critical plant equipment.
Execution of Planned and Unplanned outages with in house capability.
Planned supervised major inspection of fans impeller, Vibrations and alignment of pumps and stages wise geared vibrations.
Develop, execute and monitor the strategy to improve Fabrication workshops.
PRODUCTIONS
Leading team with the responsibility of ensuring safe, reliable and cost efficient operations and maintenance.
Focus on annual production targets and KPIs and ensure full compliance along with submission of targets tracking report to management on monthly basis.
Monitor operation and ensure timely correction action and effective Implement of Preventive, Monthly Annual Maintenance on Plant.
Responsible for checking and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument and Utilities equipment installed at plant.
Implement strategies in alignment with company initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to the various team (Production, Quality Maintenance) and team building and improve coordination.
Conduct weekly meeting with all head of department to track KPIs and prepare action plan.
Carry out improvements/modifications activities to upgrade and increase the reliability and efficiency of plant and machinery.
6MW ON GRID SOLAR PLANT OPERATION
Responsible for smooth operation of Solar Plant with utilization of max solar power.
Ensure to provide 80 PR of solar plant on daily basis.
Monitor and Supervise daily panels washing as per OEM recommendation with limited water limit.
Submit monthly report to management regarding power saving from Solar Plant.
Ensure to synchronization of generator with Solar and use minimum power of generator during solar generation.
Maintain control Room of Solar plant as per OEM recommendation.
