 A new Challenging task is accepted to design & implement new administrative systems at newly started housing scheme with new established office and teams. Among the whole admin team I am the chosen and trusted one to do the challenging task.
 Within first three months of transfer and promotion, I manage to save a cost of approximate Rs.1.8 million only for mess billing and to streamline the daily wages workers process.
 Established and implemented the system of tagging, tracking and handing over of 192 apartment keys in a high rise building of 23 floors. The same task was later on handled on other project by 18 person’s team.
