Major Tasks
· Introduce Qatar Charity\'s program to the local communities and formation of Community Organizations
· Carry out field related project activities on prescribed formats
· Maintaining good relations with communities, notables and local contact persons to involve them in programme activities and seek their support wherever required
· Assist in developing a social mobilization strategy and spatial planning for QC Programme
· Mobilize/sensitize local communities towards Programme activities
· Develop profile of the villages/area
· Coordinate closely with the programme team for timely implementation of QC interventions
· Undertake field visits, and surveys in order to deliver the programme
· Identify problems and proposes remedial action
· Identify alternative courses of action and accelerate/improve programme delivery
· Prepare reports on the areas where QC work can be carried out using specific tools for gathering data, prepare the evaluation phases and implement the recommendations
· Submit the weekly report to the supervisor
· Participate in establishing effective monitoring, information and reporting systems, and in the development of communication materials and strategies to promote community participation
· Identify, assess, select, develop and maintain referral system with local NGOs and other service providers
· Perform other related duties as required
· Training local leaders and activities in the basics of organizing communities and introducing a programme of savings, capital formation, and skill development.
· Preparing weekly, monthly and overall DIP under the direct supervision of program officer
· Providing data of the field to Monitoring & Evaluation Section on time
· Responsible for coordination with all stakeholder at the Union Council level

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site or remote data collection activities as assigned.
Interact with study participants and respondents in a professional and courteous manner.
Administer surveys, questionnaires, or interviews to collect health-related information.
Record data electronically or on paper forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive participant information.
Verify and cross-check collected data for errors or inconsistencies.
Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines for data collection in health research.
Communicate any challenges or issues encountered during data collection to the supervisor promptly.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required for project updates and skill development.
Perform data entry tasks and assist in data cleaning and validation when needed.

· Implementation of the Project in its appropriate form and true spirit in the Project villages/ UCs assigned.
· Identification of honest competent, effective, and most suitable Community Resource Persons (CRPs) for effective implementation of the Project in assigned villages/UCs.
· Ensure the Participation of CRPs in Training Sessions.
· Preparation Field work Plans and ensure its effective implementation.
· Ensure that each CRP in assigned communities is maintaining the record of his/her activities on the prescribed formats.
· Sharing ideas and experiences with management and field staff as to inculcate the spirit of debate and discussion within PRSP about the Project.
· Undertaking monitoring & reporting in your area of responsibility.
· To ensure the coverage of hundred percent households of assigned villages/UCs for Water and Sanitation hygiene messages ultimately resulting in creating the open defecation free environment in their assigned villages and to sustain it.
· Conduct strong Mobilization in assigned villages to motivate the people to construct the latrine at household level at self-help basis.
· Conduction of Demand creation activities for open defecation free environment through CLTS/WINS approach.
· Undertaking PRA Tools and pre triggering and triggering activities for ODF demand creation in communities and preparing community action plans and ensure its implementation at VWC level.
· Formation of Village WASH Committees in all the assigned communities and build their capacity to support all the activities in their village.
· Ensuring proper functioning of Village WASH Committees and maintaining proper record of their meetings and activities.
· Sustaining demand creation in your assigned area through identification of masons, their training for construction of low cost technically feasible latrines, and taking measures for development of local sanitary mart, as per guidelines of the Project document.
· Maintaining close contact with the officials of PHED, Education, Health, and TMA/UC departments in your assigned area and keeping them on board about the activities of WASH /ASWA-II Project.
· Ensure the engagement of Union Council Secretaries in Creating, declaration, verification and Certification of Open Defecation Free Environment in their UCs.
