Ø  Conduct appropriate and regular field visits to assigned sites (beneficiary locations) and directly involve in implementation of project activities efficiently, effectively and with flexibility.

Ø  Under coordination of the Project Coordinator and in-coordination with M&E Officer and Logistic/Procurement Unit, arrange, organize and delivery of equipments distribution & trainings to train the HCF staff.

Ø  Encourage community participation in the activities carried out by BSDSB in the operation area.

Ø  Under coordination of the Project Coordinator and in-coordination with Field Officer and Technical Team, arrange, organize and mobilize community for the meetings and/or training.
Ø  Under coordination of the Project Coordinator and in-coordination with Field Officer and Logistic/Procurement Unit, arrange, organize and mobilize community for materials distribution.
Ø  Management of human and other resources efficiently in the site assigned.
Ø  Under coordination of the Project Coordinator, liaise with field Resource Management Unit to ensure the required facilities are provided for timely and correct implementation of the activities.
Ø  Coordinate and collaborate with different partners of the project and different development workers functioning in the area in order to complement the project activities and efficient project delivery.
Ø  Participate in staff meetings and other meetings as directed by the supervisor and share project implementation experience, progress and drawbacks for better project implementation.
Ø  Report to the Supervisor on daily basis of the updated activities, progress and other information related to the project operation and community mobilization, including challenge and proposed action need to be taken.
