Supervise in the preparation of distribution lists.
Overlook preparation of beneficiaries’ forms and other required by the donor through programs.
Ensures work schedules in place to promote efficiency.
Collaborate with distribution team in the field activities.
Act as a linkage between community mobilizers, and distribution staff.
Report and share action plans on regular basis to the Country office on the updates. 
Assist in the monitoring activities as required.
Support the distribution in close collaboration with team and report to Project Coordinator of all the documentation to be submitted at the end of the program.
Acts as stock controller and communicates any discrepancies.

Assess the beneficiaries’ psychological condition by using psychological tools to detect the vulnerable cases and ensure psychological follow up.

Participate in conducting trainings for medical and non-medical staff on MHPSS related topics (PFA).
Support the Hygiene & Health promoters to identify beneficiaries with vulnerabilities and to properly refer them to the MHPSS worker ·

Set up, monitor and develop Youth Empowerment Program (YEP), Child-Friendly Space (CFS) and community-based Psychosocial (PSS) activities in target sites, providing capacity building and field supervision for national staff on an ongoing basis.

  The community mobilizer will enhance social cohesion and to increase school enrolment through engagement, peer to peer Ambassador Initiatives, parent to teacher initiatives and school festivals.


In collaboration with the child protection officer will work on the identification of the Child Protection .In collaboration with the education officer will mobilize the community to support the child friendly school model.


Will coordinate with the other referral actors in order to make sure that the needs are covered. Will coordinate closely with case worker for the referral with team coordination.
