Ensuring availability, proper purchasing, and appropriate technical specifications of required materials and equipment through planning, organizing and overseeing the inventory of the Watsan stock.

 Contact with local WASH autorities and WASH actors and participate to (NGO and Agencies clusters) at the project level
 Conducting assessment of the emergency/affected areas & identify the immidiate needs of the community related to WASH
Plan activities for the emergency situation & share with PC/Watsan Co/Logco
Adapt in collaboration with logistic storage facilities and material transport
Carry out local markeet assessment fot the WASH items & make order immediately for intervention
Relation with local authorities/head of the village/ community for smooth intervention. And explain MSF rules and participative approach with the community
Identify storage place, material needed and daily workers at community level when necessary
 Manage and coach water and sanitation related staffs and daily workers in the projects level
Organise a Daily planning and monitoring for WASH teams’s cars in collaboration with LTL and radio Op
Organise weekly meeting for debreiffing (Hygiene Promotion+Watsan) and team feed back to develop team spirit 
Following equipment maintenance schedule and ensure spare parts avaibility
Following consumable material (chlorine, tablets…) on a daily bassis
Ensure good fuel management and supply in colaboration with log/supply team
Compile and analyze data of daily activities (Hygiene Promoters and WatSan)
 Organise daily activities with WatSan/Hygiene Promotion supervisors and debriefing
Compile supervisors reports for watsan sitrep at the project level
 Report incidents/gaps at field to the concern department to avoide delay of services to cummunity.

Improve Water, hygiene and sanitation condition with other prevention measures for Cutaneous Leishmaniasis and other related diseases in targeted communities.
Supervision and facilitation of community health workers to help in planning and implemention in field.
FGD with patients and attendance to identify obstacles, health education with patients and relatives/attendants about-MSFs health programs and services and the way to improve health seeking behavior (increase access to health care)
Cutaneous Leishmaniasis what is it, way of transmission, prevention, treatment and cure.
Coordinate patients to comply to come on appointment days and check likelihood that patient will come (considering where patient comes from) commitment and willingness for treatment 

Participate in development of WHS emergency strategies and response plans, including resources, in collaboration with the medical and logistical teams.
Ensuring the day-to-day implementation and administration of assigned Watsan activities at project level, including but not limited to, water supply, excreta disposal, waste management, vector control, and dead bodies management
Ensure that safety protocols are observed during implementation of the WHS activities.
Ensuring the distribution of the materials and tools used in water treatment, hygiene and sanitation (e.g. physical organization and inventory of stocks, receiving and processing orders for water, sanitation and hygiene material, check that the amounts received are recorded, and check monthly consumptions, etc.);
Supervise the operation of the waste zone and monitor the waste disposal Implement measures to control vectors (mosquitos, flies, rats, etc) in accordance with MSF protocols Monitor consumption of stocks and prepare orders in advance to avoid rupture.
Supporting the Watsan Manager in the team planning (e.g. staff rosters and admin, HR processes, etc.) and informing and involving the Watsan Manager in case of any major management or technical issue, and providing all required reporting
Planning and supervising the HR processes (recruitment, training, performance evaluation, tasks definition and internal and external communication) of the staff under his/her responsibility in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required for the activity
Participating in data collection and reporting as required.

Collect data from Community and prepare regular reports on activities and WASH conditions for monitoring.
Coordinate with water supply and sanitation field staff to ensure that the various aspects of the WASH Program are integrated.
