概要

I am young man of 30 years of age. I have total 8 years of experience in various organizations. I started my banking career in Askari Bank Ltd. since 13-Dec-2013, during my job tenure I have been transferred from Adyala Road Branch Rwp to AWT Plaza Branch Rwp (main branch) and now working in Haider Road Branch Rwp. I am an expert in ATM Replenishment, either onsite / offsite. During my posting in AWT Plaza Branch, I replenish six ATMs daily two of them were offsite. I attempted several courses during my job tenure and got 2nd position in Teller Training Program and 1st position in Branch Banking Operations. My job responsibilities in Askari Bank Ltd. are as follows
ATM Replenishment / Balancing on daily basis.
Ensure zero tolerance regarding down time of ATMs.
Resolution of customer complaints for inter branch ATM transactions.
Ensuring proper maintenance of cash as per SOPs / SBP directions..
Balancing of Cash / National Prize Bonds and Main System Vault.
Back up Holder of Vault keys.
Receipts / Payments of Lcy / Fcy cash.
Issuance and cancellation of BCs.
Issuance of Customer Account Statements.
Collection of cheques for online transfer and clearing.
Resolving ATM faults like Cash Dispenser / Presenter in working hours as well as in off working hours.
In addition to above I also worked in Wilsons Co. as an Assistant Manager Logistics Warehousing and Accounts.
