Accelerated Action Plan for reducing Stunting & Malnutrition is a multi-sectoral plan of action prepared by the government of Sindh, led by the Planning & Development Board in collaboration with development partners. The Master Trainer Adult Literacy Program/ Non Formal Education, with the guidance and support of the Project Coordinator, extends technical Support to the teachers, head teachers and community members through trainings follow up and Classroom/field based input. The prime responsibility of the Master Trainer is the capacity building of Teachers, head teachers, and district education officials and community members and creating a safe learning. Environment in schools through implementation of the project activities keeping in view ESRA Mission and principles     

 Undertake training need assessment of teachers, PTC/SMC members and other stakeholders
Design training material/manuals and conduct trainings in close coordination with district education department and Provincial Institute for Teacher Training (PITE)
 Design and implement training follow up mechanism and ensure need based support and guidance to the teachers, head teachers, PTC members, students and other beneficiaries
 Ensure timely provision of school/student supplies as per the project mandate
 Develop low/no cost teaching aids by involving teacher, students and PTC members at school level
