● Arrange & coordinate Annual Appraisal / Performance Management System.
● Conduct In-house Training & Development Activities, Coordinate between Employees and Training Institutes for T&D, Prepare Training Calendar
● Design/Prepare Training Material & Presentations.
● Supervise Human Resource Management System updates /Computerization of employees’ records/data.
● Supervise Time Management/Leave System
● Managing talent acquisition through internal as well as external resources.
● Preparation of HR Department Budget/Manpower Planning
● Supervise third party Contract Management, Verification of their bills/attendance etc.
● HR/Benefits/Allowances/Policies/Salary Surveys
● Reviewing SOPs
● Facilitate & coordinate in conducting HR Department Audit / ISO Audits etc…
