Working with NCRI my responsibilities include: Coordinating with debtors\' responsibilities includes negotiating payments, discussing settlements, resolving problems, and providing appropriate solutions. Ensuring first round calling to the allocations as per client requirements and according to the assigned target provided by a team lead Tasks updating CRM by skip tracing, calling, feedback report and any new information regarding the responsibilities, including the customer or mode of payment, the debtor agrees to problems. Discussing daily activities with the Team Lead and briefing the Team Lead about new accounts, traced accounts, or any specific account Any other tasks as assigned by the team lead
