Technical Description

Provide technical information and interpretation of plans, preparation of detailed estimation sheets and specifications for the successful implementation of the projects
Provide daily/weekly reporting regarding projects.
Routine Supervision of Construction, and execution of all activities.
Personal management, informing the higher-ups of the firm about the progress & problems at sites with suggestions for their solutions.
To be able to get different materials sampling, at different intervals, for testing and quality check & work assurance with approved samples.
Ensure the layouts, levels, and all activities at the site both pre & post-construction to know whether construction work is being done according to drawings.
Work with PE for developing a monitoring framework and timeline for the project activities
 Maintenance of records hard & soft that includes but is not limited to Cost estimates, BoQs, drawings, construction plans, Measurement book, daily field visit reports, material requisition, pictorial progress & other documentation.
Provide complete support during supervision of construction and carry out quality control inspection and monitor progress
Assist in the preparation of drawings, BoQs & Also Appling for Different unions\' RFQ, ITB, RFI & Pre-Qualification & cost estimates of infrastructure schemes.

Technical Description

Review of project documents construction drawings & specifications as well as business process and detail for understanding project-mandated deliverables relevant to your role.
Assist in the preparation of drawings, BoQs & cost estimates of infrastructure schemes as per specifications commitment & set standards.

  Develop an in-depth understanding of project documents construction drawings & specifications.
 Responsible for the management of skilled Civil Engineers, Water Quality analysts, Hygiene promoters & other skilled workers.
Designing integrated work plans in collaboration with teams.
