Manager Banking Operations / Service & Quality and Training Specialist
Played a key role as a Member of UAT team for TEMENOS T-24 Software and supervised tasks as per desired requirements of the Bank. Designed account opening process in centralized environment and delivered cash management services and training to the branch staff across branch network on SBP currency management strategy.
Formulate and revise audit reports of branches and offer excellent first rate support to the senior management in developing and reviewing operational policies and procedures for assets and liabilities products and eliminating audit objections. Coordinate with State bank of Pakistan to facilitate Operations Head on various developments, circulars, SBP currency management strategy, fair treatment of customers, and correspondences on opening and closure of Branches. Communicate management about the opening and closure of branches, banking booths, and service centers and direct insurance of cash at branch and vault management, remittances, online, and other banking services.
