Research Project -1 (Guidelines)<br/><br/>Research Project -1(Module A) Development of Dynamic Financial Management System (in Excel)<br/><br/>Project Description<br/><br/>1. Development of dynamic system/automatically update all the fields/transaction in MS Excel<br/>2. Prepare annual report comprising of the following elements the business through system (In MS Excel)<br/>a. Title Page<br/>b. Table of content<br/>c. General corporate/Business information/Corporate structure<br/>d. Vision and Mission (if any)<br/>e. Managerial Insights<br/>f. Operating and financial highlights (Graphs/Charts and financial ratios)<br/>g. Financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement<br/>h. Accounting ledgers<br/>i. Transaction details (e.g. all transactions)<br/>Note You need to develop such a system, which will enable you to automatically calculate 3e -3h components of the financial report. You are just making entries in 3h part.<br/><br/>Research Project -1(Module B) Project Management<br/><br/>Project Description<br/><br/>1. Perform stakeholder analysis of the organization and Identify minimum 6 stakeholder related to the organization. Develop stakeholder register. Develop a power influence grid for the identified stakeholders.<br/>2. Create the organization communication Matrix of the organization based on communication owner, frequency, Medium and Audience.<br/>3. Create WBS for the organization.<br/>4. Develop Gantt in MS Project / Project Libre with listing the milestones for the organization task. Must include project phases and milestones in it.<br/>5. Develop a risk register for the organization containing at least 10 fully documented risks, including owner, mitigation and contingency actions.<br/>6. Identify 7 wastes of lean in the organization and explain in detail with solution.<br/>7. Conclusion using Gibbs Reflection (6 stages like description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan).
