The Citizens Foundation is a well reknown orgainzation working for the betterment of under-priviledged children.
I worked as a volunteer intern for \"Baghbaan Ambassadors Volunteer Program. I took my duties as a Talent Manager and was the lead of my team. The team consisted of 9 members.
I performed the following tasks:
Managed the data of members in an Excel sheet
Tracked their performance
Allotted tem duties
Created advertisement designs on Canva
Reported to my lead on time
Helped in collecting funds
It was a great experience and I learned a lot about managing people and working as a team.
Content Writer
Opportunities Circle is an education website which provide consultancy for scholarship programs.
I worked here as a content writing intern remotely. I was provided with topic headlines and helpful links to research my topic. Then I would write on my own about the provided topic. I wrote 15 plus articles and each of them were about 700 words. In addition to that, I provided some ideas about marketing strategies which were much appreciated.
The experience there was great and I learned a lot about scholarship opportunities and how to write weel articulated content articles.
Volunteer Intern
The Gender Guardian is a school for transgenders in Lahore. They are working for teh education of the most underpriviledged people of Pakistan.
I worked here remotely as a Volunteer intern. I was provided with the task of collecting 50 response forms and 50 dollars (12k PKR). I was given a period of one month during which I had to complete both tasks.
It was a good experience as it urged me to be social. I reached out to people and informed them about this social cause. This internship brought forth my humanitarian side which I feel very good about.
Journalist Intern
The Social Talks is an online news platform. I worked here remotely as a journalist intern. I wrote a total of 24 articles each upto 1000 words. My articles were biographical, informational, and critical. I tried to be objective and unbiased towards narrating the accounts. At times, I also wrote about social issues, film reviews and academic discussions.
I had a diverse mode of writing during this internship and that is why I enjoyed it the most.
