Ensure company HSE Management System, crew HSE plans, and procedures are fully implemented, monitored, and understood to minimize risks through the line management ❖ Conduct effective communications between clients Contractors and Subcontractors. Provide professional HSE advice in HSE Meetings and Documentations. ❖ Assist crew management to assign HSE responsibilities down to individual employees and subcontractors ❖ Prepare JSA and Method statement ❖ Participate in project planning ❖ Identify and assess potential hazards and risks ❖ Assist crew management to develop crew HSE training plans as required ❖ Provide and coordinate HSE training to all employees and subcontractors ❖ Organize HSE drills, compile drill reports, and disseminate findings ❖ Check and verify whether Company HSE Management System (HSE-MS) is effectively implemented on the crew ❖ Conduct HSE Audits and Inspections according to Company HSE standards ❖ Maintain timely all useful data, statistics, HSE news and reports, and provide the data to the related people as required ❖ Supervise the crew doctor and paramedic ❖ Monitoring compliance of company’s HSE MS on Seismic operations ❖ Demonstrate high personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment standards ❖ Train the personnel on HSE management system ❖ Ensure effective communication of HSE management system throughout the organization ❖ Develop strong HSE culture within the organization ❖ Review external industry alerts/information and share knowledge ❖ Develop and upgrade HSE Plans, Procedures and emergency response plans ❖ HSE risk assessment ❖ Setting HSE goals and monitor performance Safety Skill & Responsibilities: ❖ Accidents investigation, Review accident reports for root causes and trend analysis and Follow up on accidents reports ❖ Work with management to set up Corrective Action Teams ❖ Discuss changes and ensure the Management of Change process is followed ❖ Ensure permit to work and lock out tag out systems are followed ❖ Driving management, Environmental monitoring and compliance ❖ Promote awareness campaigns for HSE hazards reporting ❖ HSE audits/Inspections and Review ❖ Road Crossing ❖ Fire Fighting System

Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects.
Supports the Top Management in the HSE Management System standard issue.
Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
Conducts safety audits both internal and external.
Takes part in accident / incident investigation.
Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.
Performs Risk Assessment.
Preparation of Health and Safety documentation for new tenders.
Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.
