Under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Governors, am responsible for the overall operations of the commission i.e strategic management, efficient procurement and logistics, human resources management, administration, information technology and safety/security. Ensures strategic direction of operations i.e procurement and logistical services, human resources management, administration, information technology as well as staff/premises safety and security.
 
Strategic Tasks:
§  Provides technical input to contribute to the establishment of operational guidelines in alignment with Government of KP rules, regulations and policies.
§  Prepares SOPs for all operational functions including HR Management, procurement, logistical, Administration, IT and Security.
§  Ensures staff safety and security of KP-HCC main office as well as divisional & district offices staff
§  Implements effective communication, staff training and rollout of operational initiatives, guidelines and procedures.
 
Procurement & Logistical:
•     Promotes efficient procurement and logistical services consistent with KP-HCC rules and regulations, managing sourcing strategy, supplier selection, quality assurance and service capabilities as well as managing purchasing budgets of the Commission.
·        Chairs the procurement evaluation committee meetings, signs purchase orders, effectively supervise contract strategies including tendering processes and evaluation.
·        Ensures proper inventory of all assets.
Human Resource Management:
·        Implements human resources strategies and policies regarding recruitment, staff compensation, rewards, staff performance management, training and development.
·        Optimizes staff based on office requirements and develops training and knowledge management, builds plans, manages succession planning in collaboration with all units and ensures personnel maintenance functions including counseling, personal appraisal and performance management.

·        Leads team to manage fleet management by ensuring provision of transport to staff.
·        Ensures that vehicles fleet is properly maintained & that vehicles are in proper running condition.
·        Ensures that proper logbooks are maintained to avoid misuse of vehicles.
·        Ensures availability of all the required equipment and supplies.
·        Ensures that all vehicles have valid insurance policies
 
Operations Management
