I have extensive experience with data analysis and can develop insights from collected data to inform strategic decisions.
Currently, work as the UC Polio Officer, where my main job responsibilities are to develop and implement effective strategies to ensure complete and timely immunization coverage of all eligible children against the polio virus. This includes creating micro plans for vaccination campaigns, designing and executing interventions to increase awareness and uptake of polio vaccination among target populations, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions. Additionally, I monitor trends in disease outbreaks, analyze data, identify areas of need, and develop plans to address gaps in service delivery. I also collaborate with partners and stakeholders at different levels to ensure that resources are available.

UC Polio Officer
JOB RESPONSIBILITES Pre- campaign
Assist in Preparation and updating SIA micro plans. Validate the micro-plan in field.
Monitoring and Giving Training to Area Supervisor, Chw and Transit teams.
Intra-campaign
Co-Chairing Morning Meeting with implementers and other program partners.
Making of Monitoring plans for all Monitors.
Monitor the process of implementation of the campaign as per guideline.
Monitoring Transit Points.
Visiting and observing 3-4 Teams and conducting observer checklist.
Conducting 3-5 Cluster to check the status off all eligible children in randomly selected 10 households.

Chair Morning and Evening Meeting with UC staff to make plan for better supervision plan
Daily visits to 5-7 vaccination teams.

Daily conducting 3-5 Cluster to check the status off all eligible children in randomly selected 10 households.
Attend evening meeting and share findings and recommendation with Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Deputy Commissioner, District Health Officer & other Higher Staff Members

JOB RESPONSIBILITES Pre-Campaign
Support AS in proper area/ HH/ compound demarcation for each CBV worker in his/her area
Field validation of micro census before every campaign ( 30 at UC and 50 at area level)
Participate in UPEC/ evening meetings and present desegregated data on missed children and engage all UPEC partners to cover still missed children
Ensure CBV workers training is conducted prior to every campaign
Support AS in the development of micro-plans for CBV workforce inclusive of logistics distribution, training, community engagement, route maps, still missed children tracking data and high risk mobile population movements
Develop UC micro plan based on compilation of ASs micro plan inclusive of logistics distribution, training, community engagement, route maps, still missed children tacking data and high risk mobile population movements of his/her respective UC.
Ensure timely data reporting in pre-campaign phases to DSC and DPCR
Intra- campaign
Ensure supportive supervision of all workforce by AS.
Ensure timely receiving of logistics for campaign of his/her assigned UC
Supervise and monitor Area Supervisors (AS) and Community Health Workers (CHWs)
Maintain vaccine record at UC level on daily basis.
100 daily submission of registration sheets/ 2B forms / missed children sheets to DSC
Post-campaign
Ensure all AS implement extended catch up for vaccination of still missed children inclusive of not available and refusal.
Update and maintain a missed children logbook after every campaign at AS level
Ensure the recorded missed, coverage and still missed children data is timely submitted on IDIMS/Polio-Info online data application( i.e. on 7th, 14th & 23rd day of campaign respectively)
Post campaign review meeting with AS for debrief on the gaps, actions plans, etc.
Social Mobilizer
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for mobilizing the community through dialogue and raising awareness about Polio and other harm disease.
Covering Missed Children.
Post and Pre Campaign activities.
Attend UPEC meeting.
Provide regular progress reports to the UCSSO on the activities.
Perform any other duties as required by the DHCSO within the area.
