·         Drafting, vetting, and negotiating complex business agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding and Legal Notices of domestic and international operations as needed by various departments.
·         Search, filing, registration, and protection of the Company’s trademarks and copyrights in Pakistan and foreign countries.
·         Monitoring the legal & regulatory environment including amendments in laws and regulations that may affect the operations of the group or any part of it.
·         Provide strategic advice to internal stakeholders on legal implications and ensure compliance activities by taking account of all legislation to mitigate legal risks.
·         Dealing with compliance and regulatory matters relating to the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan.
·         Dealing with employee/labor matters, civil and criminal cases.  
·         Member of Disciplinary and Harassment Committee of Company responsible to conduct inquiries.
·         Policymaking of Company policies on execution and vetting of agreements, workplace rules and guidelines, safe environment, and harassment at workplace.
·         Coordination with the External Legal Counsels for early disposal of court cases.                    

·         Taught American Constitution, Trust Act, Specific Relief Act.
·         Report writing for Law students published at Leap Pakistan website.
·         Experience of working as a coordinator in Disciplinary Committee and Student Affairs.
·         Dealing with Administrative Affairs, monitoring, and evaluation, designing modules and curriculum.
