This is a way to ensure skills development. To realize this idea, we need exposure and training which surely, we believe, this will provide us. So, we are hopeful to gain new things from these sessions and trainings of the experts. We believe diversity is a beauty. This needs to be explored, experienced and promoted. As a community mobilizing NGO, we are working at different places, villages and towns of district umerkot where we are conducting sessions, awareness walks to share basic awareness about human rights, peace and empowerment, aware children, youngsters and women from their basic rights which is given them by the constitution of Pakistan and we are also promoting inter faith harmony with the help of experts. This is a way to ensure peace. To realize this idea, we need exposure and training which surely, we believe, this will provide us. So, we are hopeful to gain new things from these sessions of the experts then will give our output in our community during our sessions, documentaries and gatherings. By conducting sessions we aware people from their basic rights and share them the real meaning of humanity, peace and tolerance and how should we ensure the actual peaceful society in our country what role should we perform to build a peaceful and better society, we will discuss with experts during this program hopeful to work on to restrict the force conversion that are happening here, in same way we will also start awareness campaign to ensure and empower people so that they have right to rise voice for their rights. Iam self motivated hard working student and I belong from middle order family, I want to achieve my skills so this kind of opportunity will help me to enhance my skills and create new ideas that will help me to continue my study.
