I am associated with Mechanical, Electrical Planning and commissioning Engineer of New Glucose Plant and its Utility.(H.T Panel 630A , Siemens Transformer 1500KVA ,LV Panel of 3200A , MCC Panel, BOSH Boiler 8 ton ,Lianchi Cooling Tower of 250 ton and Atlas Copco Compressor GA 75 ).
• Maintenance of Hydraulic /Pneumatic system.
• Diesel Generator Maintenance of 3512B 1500KVA (Performing its top overhauling)
• Working and troubleshooting of different types of burner SAACKE, Weishaupt, Dunphy and
Baltur.
• Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments (Emerson Rosemount,
Endress&Hauser, Honeywell, WEGA).

Leading the whole electrical Mechanical and utility team comprises of more than 30 members.
Directly Reporting to the Plant Manager & Director.
> Involve with foreign engineers in order to commission new glucose plant having capacity (60 tons)
> Having adverse experience in maintenance of utility equipments as well i.e Compressors, Boilers, Burners, Cooling tower ,Diesel generator.
Projects :
1.Installation and Commissioning of Boiler, Compressor, Cooling tower, Filter press , Evaporator, Ducting, Cabling of HT, LV, MCC and PLC Based Automation System of 50 ton/day Rice glucose plant Project with chines.
Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer
• Provide strong leadership and technical expertise to maintain existing procedure and continuously improvement &resolved maintenance problem.
• Handling day to day issues regarding 160tpd glucose plant to insure downtime free production.
• Review and monitor all work permits.
• Responsible for official & documentation work to maintain the history of maintenance by using maintenance management software.
• Developed and modified E&I system using PLC, VFDs and Instruments and also enhanced Process Automation to improve Plant Efficiency.
• Good command on electrical drawing reading to rectify the faults of instrumentation and control and electrical power system.
• Fault tracing & troubleshooting of PLC base control system.
• Preventive maintenance, break down maintenance and trouble shooting of all major electrical equipment which includes Motors, Compressor, Generator 1500KVA, Boiler 8 TON, Cooling towers 3000 BTU, R.O Plant 360 g/h.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts by using Oracle Maintenance & Inventory software for both Preventive and corrective maintenance & dealing with vendors and contractors.
• Effective in task achievement.
• Guide and motivated the subordinates to carry out the maintenance work timely.
• Perform planning organization and control functions to carry out the assigned work in most efficient manner.
