Taluka Engineer
• Worked at SPHF project.
• Monitored the construction of houses as given design and SPHF guidelines.
• Monitored the work of Earth filling of earthen road streets as given BOQs.
• Made BOQs of earth filling of streets by coordination and communication with community.
• Conducted the Terms of Partnership (TOPs) meetings with communities.
• Lead the technical (Field Engineer) team of project at taluka level.
• Assigned the responsibilities to STATs for implementation of project.
• Exercised direct supervision on the performance and progress of the project designated to STATs regularly by observing the reports and analysing the data.
• Identified the weak areas of every STAT and guided them regarding solutions.
• Certified the constructed plinths and lintels which are as per criteria.
• Developed trust & tolerance and Kept the regular coordination, collaboration and communication with community members through mobilization process and gave them trainings about housing reconstruction project.
• Responsible for collecting and submitting all data ensuring high accuracy to MIS Assistant with means of verification.
