Duties and Responsibilities:
The major responsibility is to monitor IT Service Operations in 120+ MCB Islamic Bank\'s branches across Karachi and providing desktop support to 90+ end users at back office.
Managing and priorities tickets on Service Desk Portal and responds, to provide direct, one on one support to quickly identify issues and resolving and to align vendors to resolve problems on branch banking side.
Ensuring 24/7 service up time and availability of business operations and reports to Line Manager at head office in Lahore.
Investigates specific hardware, software, network, and associated problems; Escalates issues to concerned ITG teams or vendors to take corrective actions to resolve such issues to restore services as quickly as possible.
Coordinating with ITG and GSD teams for Infrastructure/cabling work of newly open branches and take follow-up from vendors.
Maintain contacts with end users to ensure issues are resolved.
Update records of maintenance or changes to assets to maintain accurate inventory lists.
Maintain documentation for IT equipments and control IT equipment inventories.
