I am a self-driven and proactive Public Health student with a zeal for working towards delivering adequate and just healthcare facilities to all without any discrimination based on gender, race, and socioeconomic background. During my three years of work experience, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of epidemiological research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, team management, interpersonal communication, community engagement, project ideation, and implementation.
My key role at the organization includes maintaining the highest standard of care by providing client-centered domiciliary care.
I worked closely with the Senior Program Coordinator in the Capacity Enhancement Project. My key role included but was not limited to engaging stakeholders in the project, planning and implementing project-related activities, arranging professional trainings, liaise between the finance, administrative, and logistics departments for smooth execution of the program. Together with my Senior Program Coordinator and an external trainer, we trained the CEOs of more than 500 NGOs on NGO Registration Process with Economic Affairs Division (EAD) and Quality, and Accountability to Affected People (Q&AAP), training of trainers.
My role as a District coordinator was to do the research work and provide technical support to the stakeholders involved in this program.

Ideated, organized and conducted physical training and e-trainings for stakeholders and partner NGOs on Quality and Accountability to Affected People, Humanitarian Response in Crisis, Core Humanitarian Standards, and the Sphere Handbook.
Developed an operational plan for business development and stakeholder engagement.
Produced both qualitative and quantitative reports for the Monitoring and Evaluation department.
As a Program Associate, I worked on multiple projects at the Community Engagement Center with my Line Manager. My work inlduded:
Training more than 300 Community Health Workers on Response to pandemic: nCOVID-19, Awareness, and Prevention of Lung Diseases, and taking a Gender Transformative Approach in Family Planning.
Producing the first-ever Standard Operating Procedure document for my department by working closely with administrative, finance, and procurement teams.
Developing a Core Competencies training pack for Community Health Workers.
My key role during at the organization included but was not limited to conducting on-campus university events related to UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically on Gender Equality and Clean Water, and Sanitation.

Produced a report on success stories of 11 households in the Punjab province of Pakistan who availed the microfinance scheme by the National Rural Support Program (NRSP) to support female entrepreneurs of remote areas.
