I am working as an Accountant in finance department of Emaar Pakistan Group a subsidiary of Emaar PJSC, which is pioneer in master-planned residential communities. My responsibilities includes :
• Supervising the Accounts Payable section in Oracle based ERP.
• Completing GL and PA entries for monthly reporting in Oracle based ERP.
• Daily preparation and reporting of cash flow statement and trade payables to management.
• Dealing in allocation and reconciling of inter-company activities with the associate companies.
• Finalizing of Trial Balance for monthly reporting.
• Supervising and ensuring the compliance of Withholding, Payroll & Sales Tax.
• Dealing with FBR and consultants on tax related matters.
• Preparing and submitting monthly memorandum report and quarterly reporting of CONSOL Pack to corporate head office.
• Assisting in preparing Annual Budget and Financial Statements.
• Liaison with internal and external auditors in completing audit assignments.
• Assisting management on ad hoc basis.

• Verifying, booking and creation of payments in Oracle based ERP.
• Working on GL and PA sections in Oracle based ERP.
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliation.
• Preparing and filling of Withholding, Payroll & Sales Tax.
• Managing petty cash system of the organization.
• Dealing with employees in all business related transactions.
• Assisting internal and external audit teams.

• Verifying, booking and creation of payments in Oracle based ERP.
• Preparing and filling of Withholding, Payroll & Sales Tax.
• Assisting management in operational departmental activities.
• Verification of PF & GF Accounts.
• Handling of population record of Finance Department.
