• Installation, Troubleshooting, Updates of I-Pod, I Pad, Black Berry, Apple HP and Ainol Novo 7 V-(2.2 2.3 2.4) etc.
• As per requirement, visited at customer side which covered under warranty and SLA’s and provide superior professional services and technicalities to smooth their operational.
• Manage to Customer Calls to facilitate and provide solution as per their requirements.
• Lookup and follow-up of warranties and SLA’s of customers.
